We may recommend the safest and most appropriate shipping method based on the item purchased.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted individually for larger items.

If a custom delivery quote is needed, you will receive confirmation before payment is processed.

If you choose to arrange your own courier, emporium. at Rye is not responsible for loss/damage once the item leaves our premises.

5. Special Handling

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access at the delivery address.
If delivery is attempted but impossible due to access restrictions, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Undeliverable Items
