1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the age and nature of antique and vintage furniture, we only accept returns if an item:

Is significantly not as described
We do not accept returns for:

Minor imperfections consistent with age and use

Change of mind or buyer error (wrong size, colour perception, etc.)
2. Reporting an Issue
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Description of the issue

Clear photographs of the item and packaging (if damaged)

3. Return Method & Condition

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Return shipping will be covered by us only where a fault or misdescription is proven.

If the item must be collected, arrangements will be made with you.
4. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Custom or altered items (e.g., items modified at a buyer’s request)
