Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the age and nature of antique and vintage furniture, we only accept returns if an item:

  • Is damaged in transit

  • Is faulty

  • Is significantly not as described

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor imperfections consistent with age and use

  • Change of mind or buyer error (wrong size, colour perception, etc.)

2. Reporting an Issue

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging (if damaged)

3. Return Method & Condition

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping will be covered by us only where a fault or misdescription is proven.

  • If the item must be collected, arrangements will be made with you.

4. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and vouchers

  • Custom or altered items (e.g., items modified at a buyer’s request)

6. Consumer Rights

This policy is in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect your statutory rights.
